Michael Blackman was born in Georgetown, British Guiana (now Guyana) in 1958. He is best known as the Managing Director of Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), the world's largest exhibition dedicated to audiovisual and technology integration.

Silvia is a highly experienced health and tech professional with over 15 years of expertise leading projects for the development and implementation of innovative technologies and digital health services, both in hospital and corporate settings such as Hospital Sant Pau, Indiba and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. She earned both a BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering and MBA.

Gemma is an entrepreneurial IT leader with over twenty years of experience in sales, innovation, and business management, spanning AI, IoT, Blockchain, Security, and e-health technologies. Her goal is to drive rapid growth through innovation, talent attraction, and the leadership of high-performance teams. She has a strong track record in developing innovative and collaborative projects with multinational companies, SMEs, and technology-based entrepreneurs.

Manuel Sans Segarra (born April 25, 1943) is a Spanish physician and former head of Digestive Surgery at the Bellvitge University Hospital. He was a pioneer in the use of laparoscopic surgery in Spain.

Michael Lauk has more than 25 years of experience in business as well as research in the healthcare field in Germany and the USA. During his professional career, he co-founded 10 start-ups, most recently a Start-up designing an active implantable device to lower blood-pressure. Since September 2021 he is Chief Digital Officer of B. Braun SE, driving B. Braun’s transformation to a technology company serving the future digital healthcare markets.
Michael earned his PhD in physics in Freiburg and Boston. He is a data scientist and an early mover in the Digital Health arena and seasoned in designing healthcare products and marketing strategies.
